The deal, in plain words.

The agreement between you and the company that provides Upglory, named at the end. Questions go to [email protected].

version 2026-10-27 in force from 2026-10-27 questions to [email protected]

1 · The service

Upglory runs the uptime checks and heartbeats you set up, alerts you when they fail, publishes your status pages, and explains each incident from the evidence it collects.

2 · Acceptable use

Monitor only addresses you own or are allowed to test. Upglory is not a load testing tool: do not use checks to put load on a service, or to probe one you have no right to test. Publish on a status page only what you have the right to publish, and nothing unlawful. Email only the subscribers who asked for your updates, and never use subscriber or alert emails to send anything else. Do not try to reach another workspace's data, get around the limits of your plan, or disrupt the service.

We may pause a monitor, a heartbeat, a status page or its subscriber emails when they harm others or break these rules, and will tell you why.

3 · Plans and payment

Free costs nothing and does not expire. Paid plans are priced on the pricing page in EUR, VAT added where it applies. Prices can change for new subscriptions. A subscription you already have keeps its price until you change plan or billing period. If we ever need to change the price of a subscription you already have, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. An introductory offer applies only for the period it names; after it, the list price applies. Add-ons are sold next to a paid plan, renew with their own period, and end when the plan ends. Polar Software Inc. sells the subscription, takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds under its own terms, shown at checkout. Plans renew each period until you cancel; upgrades apply at once, downgrades and cancellations at the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer in the EU you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, exercised with the seller.

4 · Limits

Each plan has limits, shown on the pricing page. At a limit you cannot add more, and what you have keeps working, except that emails to status page subscribers pause until the next month once the monthly number is used. After a downgrade, anything over the new limits is paused, not deleted. Monitors that check more often or from more locations than the new plan allows are brought down to it, and history older than the new plan keeps is removed. On Free, monitors and heartbeats may pause after 90 days without a sign-in by anyone in the workspace. We email the owner at least two weeks before, keep the settings and history, and signing in lets you resume them.

5 · AI features and allowances

Explanations and other AI features are written by an AI model from the evidence collected. They are not a professional diagnosis or a guarantee of the cause, and they never delay an alert. Your plan includes monthly allowances, for AI use and for status page emails among others; a monthly allowance resets each month and does not carry over. A pack you buy does not expire and is used after the monthly allowance.

6 · Availability

We aim to run continuously but do not offer a contractual uptime figure: there is no service level agreement today. Do not rely on Upglory as the only way you learn about a failure.

7 · Ending it

Cancel whenever you like; the plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to Free. When you delete a paid workspace you choose: it keeps working until the paid period ends and is deleted then, or it is deleted now and the unused days of the plan and its renewing add-ons are refunded by the seller to the way you paid, counted from when you confirm. One-time packs are not refunded, except when you leave because of a material change to these terms, as section 9 says. We may end the agreement for a breach of section 2 or for non-payment after two written reminders.

8 · Liability and law

Our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for losses caused by an outage you were not told about, whether that is a missed alert, a late explanation or our own downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Bulgarian law applies and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply.

9 · Changes

A material change is one that takes something away from you or asks more of you: the price of a subscription you already have, what a plan includes or its limits, how the agreement ends, liability, the law that applies, or who the other party is. We tell you about a material change by email and in the app at least 30 days before it applies, with a summary of what changes. From the day it applies, the app asks you to accept it before you use the dashboard again. Your monitors, alerts, status pages, API keys and connected apps keep running meanwhile. You can accept a change as soon as we announce it; it still applies from its date.

If you do not accept a material change, the terms you accepted keep applying to you for 90 days after the change. After that the dashboard is read only for you until you accept the change or leave, and nothing is deleted because of it. If you leave because of a material change, the seller refunds the unused days of your plan and its renewing add-ons, and the unused part of your one-time packs, to the way you paid.

A change the law requires can apply sooner, and when it does we say why. Small changes, such as clearer wording, corrections or a new feature that takes nothing away, are shown in the app and apply from their date. Each version carries its date at the top, and earlier versions are listed at the end of this page.

10 · Accepting these terms

You accept these terms by ticking the box when you set up or join a workspace, and a material change by accepting it in the app. We record the version, the time and where you accepted; your Profile page shows them.

The privacy notice is information for you to read, not something you consent to, and the box says you have read it. When it changes materially, we email you before the change applies.

The data processing agreement is part of these terms. It applies when we process personal data for you, such as your status page subscribers and the people your alerts go to, and you accept it with these terms. No signature is needed, and a signed copy is sent on request to [email protected].

11 · Who provides Upglory

Upglory is provided by DEV GLORY LTD, which is the other party to this agreement. Write to [email protected] about anything in these terms. The company's address, register number and VAT number are in the legal notice.
