Paid plans confirm every failure from a second location; a free workspace alerts from its one location, so down means two failures in a row from there. Prices in EUR, VAT added where it applies.
Need more on Solo or Team? Add packs, up to 10 of each: 25 monitors for 5 EUR, 100 heartbeats for 3 EUR and 10 status pages for 3 EUR a month, or ten times that a year.

About paying.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free has no time limit. Add a card only when you choose Solo or Team.
Who bills me?
Payments and invoices are handled for us, so VAT is right for your country and the invoice is correct. Your card never touches our servers, and the seller is named at checkout and in the terms.
What happens if I downgrade?
The change takes effect at the end of the period. Monitors past the new limit are paused and extra status pages unpublished, never deleted, and faster checks and extra locations are brought down to the new plan. History older than the new plan keeps is removed.
Which check locations can I use?
Every location we run is open on every plan, and you choose them per monitor with no add-on: 1 on Free and up to 2 on Solo and Team.
Why is Team not priced per seat?
A workspace is a team. Adding a person should never be a billing event.
Why is there no password?
A password is one more secret to forget, reuse or leak, and your email already resets it. You sign in with a code sent to your email, a passkey, GitHub or Google.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you delete the workspace instead, you choose between using the paid time first or a refund of the unused days.
What happens when the AI credits run out?
The incident says so where the written reason would be. Monitoring, incidents and alerts carry on as before. A written explanation uses 1 AI credit and an incident report 3. A pack of 500 AI credits is 20 EUR, paid once, and never expires.
How long is history kept?
Daily history and incidents are kept for 90 days on Free, 1 year on Solo and 2 years on Team, and you read them in the dashboard. Raw checks are kept for 30 days on every plan. Public status pages show the last 90 days.
Can alerts go to a webhook?
Yes. A webhook channel posts a signed JSON event to your https address when an incident opens, repeats, is acknowledged and recovers. Alerts reach you by email, Slack, Telegram, webhooks, Discord and Microsoft Teams today.
