1 · What we collect

  • Your account: your email address, your name, the workspaces you belong to and your sign-in activity.
  • What you set up: monitors, heartbeats, alert destinations, status pages and their domains.
  • What monitoring produces: check results, incidents, the evidence of failed checks, notes and explanations.
  • What you send us: feedback, your answers to explanations and the pictures you upload.
  • Apps you connect: the AI assistants and other apps you approve for a workspace, the access you gave them, and when you approved and last used them.
  • Billing: your plan and subscription. Payment details stay with our payment provider and never reach us.

2 · Why we use it

To provide the service and bill you, under our contract with you. To keep accounts secure, our legitimate interest. To keep accounting records, as the law requires. We never use your data for advertising, profiling or training AI models.

3 · Who we share it with

Your data is stored in the EU. We use these kinds of provider:

  • Cloud hosting, a US company, EU data centres.
  • Email delivery, a US company, which sends sign-in codes and alerts.
  • Edge network and bot protection, a US company, EU data centres.
  • Payments and invoices, a US company, which also sells you the subscription.
  • An AI model provider, a US company, which receives the evidence of an incident to write its explanation and does not train on it.
  • Error tracking, EU data centres.
  • Site measurement, an EU company, EU data centres.

A check you choose to run from our location in the United States is made from there, and its result is stored in the EU like every other.

Transfers to US providers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Workspace owners find the named list in Settings, under Workspace, and anyone can ask for it at [email protected].

Some data we process for a workspace rather than for ourselves: the email addresses of its status page subscribers, of the people its alerts go to and of the people it invites. For that data the workspace decides and is the controller, and we are its processor, under the data processing agreement.

4 · How long we keep it

Check results, 30 days. History and incidents, the history period of your plan. Sign-in activity, 30 days. The in-app inbox, 90 days. Feedback, two years. Your plan history, with the reason you pick from the list when you cancel, as long as the workspace exists. Invoices are kept by our payment provider, as the seller, for as long as Bulgarian law requires; we do not store them. Everything else, only as long as the service needs it. A deleted workspace is removed after seven days, and deleted data is fully gone within six weeks.

5 · Cookies and analytics

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary: one session cookie when you sign in, short-lived ones while you sign in or after a form, and on a status page one that remembers the time zone a visitor picks, for a year, set only when they pick one. None is used for tracking or advertising. We count visits to our public pages without cookies and without storing IP addresses. When you create a workspace, our server tells our measurement provider once that a sign-up happened, passing on your browser type and network address so it is counted once. We do not store the address. If you arrive from one of our ads, we note which ad brought the workspace you create, never who you are.

6 · Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. You can export and delete a workspace or your account from its settings. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the authority in your own country.

7 · Changes

When this notice changes we tell you in the app or by email and date the new version. If a change is material we ask you to accept it again.
